Support for Mothers & Their Little Ones
Helping families navigate the mess and magic of growing up.
Through the lens of occupational therapy, and with a deep understanding of sensory regulation and mental health, Jess nurtures and guides parents to:
-
Feel seen, heard, and supported, not just as caregivers, but as whole people navigating massive life transitions.
-
Learn how to tune into and regulate your own nervous system, so you can feel more grounded and connect with your baby from a place of love.
-
Navigate developmental concerns with confidence, gaining knowledge and tools that empower you without leaving you feeling overwhelmed or judged.
-
Build a foundation of trust, connection, and intuition, one that supports you in the early years of parenting and continues to guide you throughout life.

How we support families
The Innerwork of Motherhood

A supportive space to explore your emotional, mental, and nervous system wellbeing during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
This is not about fixing you — it's about holding you as you navigate the deep inner shifts of becoming (or continuing to be) a mother.
Together, we explore the things that feel heavy, overwhelming, or invisible — with compassion and practical support.
WHO IS THIS FOR
-
Expectant, first-time, or returning mothers — whether it’s your first baby or your fifth, each season of motherhood brings its own emotional, physical, and identity shifts.
-
Parents navigating anxiety, burnout, identity changes, or feeling emotionally stretched
-
Parents who feel disconnected from themselves or their experience — like you’re going through the motions but don’t quite feel you.
-
Parents experiencing postpartum depression, anxiety or intrusive thoughts — if you’re feeling unlike yourself, overwhelmed, or struggling, you want to build connection with your child but feel stuck, numb, or emotionally distant.
-
Parents feeling dysregulated or overstimulated — because forming secure attachment starts with supporting your nervous system too.
FOR WHEN YOU'VE THOUGHT....
“I love my baby… but sometimes I don’t like being around them.”
“Maybe I’m just not cut out for this.”
“I should be coping better than this.”
“I don’t have postnatal depression, so I probably don't need help.”
“I wanted this baby so why aren't I enjoying being a mother? ”
“It’s just a rough patch, I should be able to figure it out on my own.”
“I shouldn’t need help. Other people have it harder. I should be grateful.”
“I’m doing everything for everyone — but who’s looking after me?”
If any of these sound familiar, know this: you are not alone, and needing support doesn’t mean you’re failing — it means you’re human.
This space is here to hold you, exactly as you are.

But something deep inside you whispers:
"You already know."
You know this is what you need, lets do this together!
