Funding Options and Service Fees

Privately Funded / Medicare
Medicare rebates are available with a referral from your GP for a Chronic Disease Management Plan (code: 109958), if deemed eligible.
This will enable you to access to 5 subsidised sessions per calendar year. Medicare will provide a rebate of $60.35 per session.

NDIS
Payment can be made utilising funding from your NDIS plan if you are self-managed or plan-managed. The Village hive is not NDIA registered and therefore do not provide services to those that are NDIA-managed.

Administration, preparation of resources and report writing are all changed at the hourly rate. If a report or administration time is required, this will be discussed with you first and a full quote will be provided.

All sessions are charged 15mins, at the hourly rate, for note taking.

Time travelled to your appointment is charged at the hourly rate.

Phone calls longer than 15mins will be charged at hourly rate.
