Funding Options and Service Fees

Privately Funded / Medicare
Medicare rebates are available with a referral from your GP for a Chronic Condition Management Plan (code: 10958), if deemed eligible.
This will enable you to access to 5 subsidised sessions per calendar year. Medicare will provide a rebate of $61.80 per session.
Fee: $200/hour
Gap with Medicare rebate: $138.20

NDIS
Payment can be made utilising funding from your NDIS plan if you are self-managed or plan-managed. The Village hive is not NDIA registered and therefore do not provide services to those that are NDIA-managed.
Fee: $193.99/hour

Administration, preparation of resources and report writing are all changed at the hourly rate. If a report or administration time is required, this will be discussed with you first and a full quote will be provided.

All sessions are charged 15 mins, at the hourly rate, for note taking.

Travel time to and from your appointment is charged at the hourly rate. The total travel time for the day will be calculated and evenly divided between all clients seen that day.

Phone calls and emails longer than 15 mins will be charged at hourly rate.
